About Simply Care Devon

Simply Care Devon was established to fill the gap in Enabling Care, within Exeter and the Surrounding areas, offering the highest standards of enabling and support, reliability and friendly service to clients, in all age groups over 18, who are living in their own homes and require extra support and peace of mind with their living needs.

Although we provide enabling & support to individuals, We want to clarify that we do not provide Personal Care services. Our focus is on offering Person Centred Support, which involves assisting with various daily tasks both at home and in the community. We understand that everyone's needs are different, so we can customise our support based on the individual's preferences and the input of their  family or friends. 

 The owners with a combined experience of over 30 years within the Social Care Industry have seen many changes over the years, they believe Person Centred Care goes beyond simply fulfilling people's requests or  sharing information. This involves taking into account their desires, values, family dynamics, social context, and way of life. It means we recognise each person as a unique individual and collaborate with them to find suitable solutions. Compassion, empathy, and respect play crucial roles  in this approach. 

 We make sure to hire employees who share our values in providing support to individuals. Every member of our staff has undergone a Full Enhanced DBS check. We are also committed to providing a comprehensive training on all aspects of Person Centred Support, so that the client receives the highest quality of care and consideration.
